Features a razor-sharp blade to make fast work out of coarsely or finely grating soft and hard cheeses, nuts, chocolates, and other ingredients. To change the grating results, cooks simply need to turn the blade around and reinsert in the barrel of the unit. Blades are made in the USA and the entire unit is dishwasher safe for quick and easy clean up. Drum ONLY.

Care & Cleaning

Dishwasher safe.
We recommend rinsing your grater in warm water immediately after each use. Remove particles stuck in the blade from the back side whenever possible. To remove "stuck on food" from the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush and stroke in the same direction as the teeth.
Store with blade covered when not in use.
