38002C Medium Ribbon Grater

Named for the shape of its dual edged teeth, the Medium Ribbon Grater grates thin strips in two directions. Pair it with the Grater Attachment for grating fresh cheese over omelettes or nuts onto muffin batter.All Microplane® 38000 Professional Series graters are dishwasher-safe, featuring all stainless steel construction, comfortably curved handles and non-slip rubber feet. Available in six unique blade styles.

Care & Cleaning

Dishwasher safe.

We recommend rinsing your grater in wam water immediately after each use. Remove trapped particles from the non-sharp side whenever possible. To remove trapped particles on the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush to stroke in the same direction as the teeth.

Store with blade covered when not in use.
