The Microplane® Flexible Hacksaw Blade is best for smoothing convex surfaces and rounding sharp edges. If it is stretched tight in a hacksaw frame, it is flat and fast cutting. If the frame tension is decreased, the blade will bend slightly around a convex surface for a smooth blended cutting action.

  • Cuts 10 times faster with less effort than similar products.
  • Each shaper creates small shavings instead of dust for a healthier work environment.

Usage Tips
  • Use on wood, plastic, sheetrock, rubber, and similar materials.

  • Use your Microplane® Hacksaw Blade as a draw-knife by pulling the blade towards you. This will remove a multitude of shavings and leave a very smooth finish.
